We offer an array of materials; each will remove a select category of water contaminants that can be used independently or grouped into a System. All our materials are shipped and used in a dry form. A short overview of our most heavily used materials follows:

Crystolite™

A unique industrial water and wastewater treatment filtration solution for microfiltration to a particle size of
½ a micron. Crystolite™ filtration media (CFM) is very robust, long life, back washable filter media. Crystolite™ filtration media provides an exceptional level of clearness and removal of harmful trace metals. It is an excellent alternative to all microfiltration membranes.

Katalyst Light

An advanced catalytic filtration media that incorporates three removal methods:

1. Mechanical Filtration of fine particles, TSS, turbidity etc.

2. Catalytic Precipitation and Adsorption (Fe, Mn, Cu, Pb etc.)

3. Adsorption of As, (Heavy Metals and Radionuclides) to name a few.

Katalyst Light is WQA Certified to meet ANSI/NSF 61 standard for Drinking Water applications. Replacement frequency every 7-10 years.

Instant I-Soft®

Instant I-Soft is a certified dosing solution that eliminates scaling, corrosion, organic and inorganic deposit formations, and biofouling. Our powerful, certified chemical dosing solutions remove all problems and prevent corrosion and scale that cause a majority of all possible water quality concerns and environmental problems with phosphates, phosphonates, chlorine issues. 

I-Soft® Descaler

I-Soft® Descaler removes existing deposits of scale and destroys microorganisms. The composition of chelating agent, corrosion inhibitor, biocides and reducing agent including acids can clean a variety of industrial and water systems including cooling towers, boilers, and heat exchangers water systems.

Catalytic Carbon® MG

Catalytic Carbon® MG is derived from coconut carbon that is Catalyzed with Iron (“Catalytic Structure”) with a magnesium coating. It removes contaminants including humic substances, tannins & lignans, color and odor, chloramines, trihalomethanes, phenols, dyes, Inorganic (Arsenate, Arsenide, Chromium, Copper, Cyanide, Fluoride, Lead, Mercury & Selenium) and forever chemicals and contaminants of emergent concern. Catalytic Carbon MG can be regenerated (restored) to 99% of its original capacity with an occasional dosing with our SuperOxy chemical (utilizes Advanced Oxidation) that extends the operating life, before replacement of 7-10 years.

SuperOxy®

SuperOxy® breaks down a contaminant’s formidable molecular bonds while cleaning the wastewater and systematically destroying the hazardous compounds with Advanced Oxidation. “SuperOxy is highly effective in the destruction of PFAS, micro plastics and other co-contaminants by transforming them to carbon dioxide, water and fluoride ions and micro plastics that would become CO2, mineral acids, and water.

Filtersorb Sp3®

This third generation Nucleation Assisted Crystallization (NAC) technology forces the soluble Ca(HCO3)2 to convert into insoluble calcium carbonate (CaCO3) crystals. The calcium carbonate crystals grow steadily and are incapable of forming scale, even in high water temperatures. It is an alternative to conventional ion exchange-based water softeners, reverse osmosis or other chemical-based systems that prevent scale. When combined with Filtersorb CT anions can also be stopped from scaling.

Red-Oxy®

This material produces extremely high concentrations of hydroxyl and sulfate radicals to eliminate toxic organics and disinfection (without any DBPs) while producing an oxidation potential of over 8.5V. Additionally, Red-Oxy will result in the:

  • Removal of Toxic Cations
  • Removal of Toxic Anions
  • Oxidation of inorganic contaminants
  • Oxidation of organic contaminants
  • Destroy Pharmaceuticals and Personal Care products
  • Destroys endocrine disrupting chemicals
  • Removal of pesticides fungicides and herbicides
  • Destroys all bacterial and viruses
  • Destroys Petroleum Hydrocarbons

RedOxy-3C®

RedOxy-3C® is the most advanced, effective, environmentally sustainable, and cost-efficient method for quickly treating municipal wastewater and recovering and maintaining ponds, lagoons, and lakes to their original state of cleanliness, beauty, and harmony with the environment. Algae, odors (such as hydrogen sulfide) and the oxygen-starved, acidic, and anaerobic environment are eliminated.

MSDS. All our materials have an MSDS document – a material safety data sheet, a document that lists information relating to occupational safety and health for the use.
